The Colts defense has allowed the 10th most fantasy points to quarterbacks and has only four interceptions this season. Stroud is in for another strong performance against Indianapolis.

Tank Dell has been a boom-or-bust wide receiver in fantasy this season. He posted his second game with zero fantasy points last week and has only had two meaningful fantasy performances this season. Dell has failed to take advantage of a golden opportunity for targets with Nico Collins out with injury and should not be trusted in this game.
