A down day yesterday as we missed on two of our three MLB Parlay selections. We did, however, recoup some, with three of our four additional leans cashing. Our overall record now stands at 67-48 ATS. Back to work today with a Wednesday Edition of our MLB parlay picks. Loyal followers know we target games, seeing respected money and, more precisely, reverse line movements. We have three additional selections on tap for you, along with some additional leans based strictly on the initial line movement. Betting lines discussed are the consensus at Vegas Insider and are subject to change.

MLB Parlay Leg#1: Cincinnati Reds ML +108

Leading off our MLB parlay is the Cincinnati Reds over the Philadelphia Phillies. We found our first reverse line movement here as the Reds, despite seeing 18% of the money, have dropped from an opening +144 underdog down to +108. Cincinnati is 6-4 SU in both their last 10 overall games and at home. Probable Reds starter Hunter Greene returns to the mound tonight. He has a 2.72 ERA on the year and has given up two earned runs or less in his last five starts. The Phillies come in playing well, but we will follow the respected money here and take the Cincinnati Reds on the moneyline for play number one!

MLB Parlay Leg#2: New York Mets TT over 4.5 -138

The middle leg of the parlay features the New York Mets’ team total over 4.5 runs. New York is one of the biggest favorites on today’s MLB betting slate and comes off last night’s 13-run outburst versus the Braves. Tonight, they are scheduled to face Carlos Carrasco and his 6.18 ERA. He has allowed 21 hits and 11 earned runs in his last 14.2 innings pitched. Atlanta’s pitching staff has yielded 20 runs in its last three games. That pairs well with a New York offense scoring 7.3 runs per game in their last three. We expect that trend to continue tonight. We take the New York Mets team total over 4.5 runs for play number two!

MLB Parlay Leg#3: Boston Red Sox ML +130

Closing out the MLB parlay will be the Boston Red Sox over the Houston Astros. The sharps are backing Boston tonight, dropping them from an opening +176 underdog down to +130. That is a significant line movement for a team seeing only 41% of the money. Boston bounced back last night from their opening game one loss to Houston with a 14-1 win. They are 6-4 SU in their last 10 overall, last 10 as an underdog, and last 10 versus the Astros. On the other side, Houston has lost seven of their last 10 at home and as a favorite. We back the Red Sox tonight for play number three!

Additional Leans: Cubs ML, Dodgers alternate TT over 4.5

Final Thoughts

Our MLB parlays are to provide our followers with three individual wagers. We will play these picks SU and then sprinkle some on the parlay. Remember, the hit rate on a three-team parlay is about 6-1, and parlays in general are just not a long-term profitable betting strategy. Hitting on the parlay is simply icing on the cake. We try to avoid public plays, which tend to be the betting favorites. Please follow us on X and Facebook as the MLB season continues toward the Fall Classic. Let’s keep our successful MLB season going and get you another three winners. And remember to: Follow or Fade!
