August is cricket in the Netherlands as Team USA and Canada visit the low countries. The North American squads visit the Dutch hosts for six ODI and T20I matches. The women of the Netherlands are also currently entangled in their own tri-nation series. The Women of Papua New Guinea and Scotland are now halfway through their tour. But the Men’s series has more on the line.
All three Men’s teams participated in this summer’s T20 World Cup in the US and West Indies. And of those three squads, only Team USA advanced to the Knockout Round. In this Tri-Nation series, wins and losses count toward ICC World Cup League 2 rankings. The top four teams advance to the World Cup Qualifier. The bottom four teams move on to the Eliminator round.

The series begins with six ODIs where all three teams play each other twice. The home team, the Netherlands, hosts Canada on August 11. Team USA has their first ODI against Canada on August 13. The third game sees Team USA challenge the host nation.
Canada is currently 4-0 in World Cup League 2 rankings. The Netherlands are 2-2. These are Team USA’s first tournament matches. All start times for the ODIs are 11:00 AM local or 5:00 AM EDT. The six T20Is follow the same lineup structure for T20s as for ODIs. The start time for the T20Is is 2:00 PM local, 8:00 AM EDT.
