For Mosterts 2024 fantasy football outlook he’s good for around round seven pick of the draft and pick number 77th overall selection.  He can be a RB3 or a flex player on any roster. The 32-year old is expected to open the season as the Miami Dolphins number one running back. Mostert would also be a very cheap buy in a dynasty league.

In 2023, Mostert led the Dolphins with 18 rushing touchdowns and three receiving touchdowns. Mostert had 209 rushing attempts with 1,012 yards and 175 receiving yards. The projections this year is around 203 fantasy points. This outlook for his easeon is estimated to be 11 touchdowns, 828 yards off 177 rushing attempts. Mostert should have more than what is projected this year for him.

Per Ian Rapoport of NFL Network , reported the Miami Dolphins gave Raheem a new deal that is worth $9.1 million for over two years. Now that a new deal is in place for Mostert he is “excited” to bring a Championship to the Miami Dolphins.

Mostert told thephinsider “its year 2024 and I got bigger and better things that I want to get accomplished, and also, I want to help this team as much as I possibly can because it’s going to be nice to have a championship down here in South Florida.”

Final Thoughts

Raheem Mostert might be a round 7 draft pick for fantasy football but he is a great pick up in PPR leagues and DFS. If Mostert is available at round seven and a manager of a team is in position to pick him up it will be beneficial. Mostert should be a RB3 and or a flex player. Mostert would be a better pick in round seven than Rhamondre Stevenson of the Patriots. Stevenson didn’t live up to the expectations last season, he only scored 12. fantasy points per game. While Mostert averaged for the most part 15 fantasy points per game.

The Miami Dolphins plan on having him be the starting running back this season. With Miami’s offense under Head Coach Mike McDaniel, Mostert should have plenty of touches for the Dolphins. He ranked 17th in yards per touch and sixth in the explosive run rate. Mostert also ranked 11th amongst missed tackles per attempt (according to per Fantasy Points Data). Mostert is a solid back and will give a fantasy team the boost it needs to win or get a few extra points that can make a close matchup.

The Miami Dolphins are looking to push for the playoffs this season and make a run into the playoffs instead of losing in the first round. Now, that Tua Tagovalioa and Tyreek Hill has signed a multi-million dollar deals, its time to show it on the field and prove they can be the best team in the AFC East.
