It’s Week 5 of the NFL season for survivor picks, and if you made it past Week 4, congratulations. 14 more games to go in Survivor, and it will get harder for players. To make life easier, here are the Top 5 choices for Survivor Players to make for Week 5 of the 2025 NFL Season.
1 Arizona Cardinals (vs. Tennessee Titans)

This is your last chance to take them confidently. The Arizona Cardinals are a mediocre team that has been lucky to have had an easy schedule. They face the Tennessee Titans, who have the worst head coach in the NFL. Brian Callahan clearly doesn’t even know the rules of the game. They’ve got to get rid of that guy because he’s gonna ruin Cam Ward’s development. The only other week to take the Cardinals is maybe Week 9 against Dallas or Week 17 against the Bengals (If Joe Burrow gets shut down for the year)
2 Detroit Lions (At Cincinnati Bengals)
Another no-brainer pick. The Bengals have massive problems on both offense and defense. This is a mismatch, and Detroit should take care of business here.
3 Buffalo Bills (vs. New England Patriots)
Honestly, you can use the Bills almost every week except for Week 9 against the Chiefs and Week 17 against the Eagles. They have such an easy schedule this year, and this week they face the Patriots. Compared to the Dolphins and Jets, the Patriots are a much harder opponent to face, but the Patriots have been very lackluster, excluding last week against the horrendous Panthers.
4 Indianapolis Colts (vs. Las Vegas Raiders)
The Colts are one of the surprise teams in the NFL as their offense looks good and their defense has been solid. The Raiders’ offense has so many problems. Geno Smith is awful, and that offensive line is the worst in the NFL, not named the Houston Texans. The Colts should take care of business here.
5. Los Angeles Rams (vs. San Francisco 49ers)
Not a fan of picking Thursday Night Football games, but the 49ers just can’t catch a break with injuries at all. Heck, look at Brock Purdy, he already re-aggravated his toe injury and might not even play in a short week. Who knows if Mac Jones is healthy, as he, too, is injured and was inactive last week. Speaking of being reinjured, Ricky Pearsall and Jauan Jennings left last week with injuries. Amazingly, Christian McCaffery is the healthiest player on offense. This is a bad spot game for the 49ers, and the Rams should take care of business.
Whose The Best Pick To Make In Survivor This Week?
Well, let’s rule out the Arizona Cardinals immediately, as they were my Survivor Pick in Week 1. The Buffalo Bills have plenty of other weeks to pick via survivor, so it is best to save them in this matchup. The Lions are an intriguing pick, but it’s better to save them. This pick came down to the Indianapolis Colts or the Los Angeles Rams. The Raiders suck, but the Colts are in a bad AFC South division, and there are plenty of weeks to pick them. The 49ers have so many injuries, and it’s a super hard spot for them. I am taking the Los Angeles Rams in survivor this week.
