Welcome to Week 8 of the 2025 NFL Season. If you made it, congrats, only 11 more to go. Here are the Top 5 options/recommendations I have for you to pick in Survivor this week.
1. Cincinnati Bengals (vs. New York Jets)
This is a no-brainer pick here. The New York Jets are the most dysfunctional franchise in the NFL, and at 0-7, they are the worst team by a country mile. With the worst owner and head coach in the league. Justin Fields is unplayable, and Tyrod Taylor is already injured. The Bengals have an extra few days to prepare for this game, and with Ahmad “Sauce” Gardner and Garrett Wilson’s injury, the Bengals should take care of business here.
2. Atlanta Falcons (vs. Miami Dolphins)
Speaking of a trainwreck AFC East team, there is the Miami Dolphins. Tua Tagovailoa has been horrible at QB, and he is unplayable at QB. Along with his issues, throwing players under the bus is not an if but a when he gets benched. Dolphins have quit on the year, and it’s bizarre that Mike McDaniel still has a job. The same goes for their GM Chris Grier, who’s been with the Dolphins since 2016. While Michael Penix is dealing with an injury, the Falcons overall are a much better team than Miami.
3. Indianapolis Colts (vs. Tennessee Titans)
Is Mike McCoy really an upgrade at head coach for the Titans? Then again, he knows the rules of the game, unlike Brian Callahan. Too bad the Titans have no talent on the field and are facing the Indianapolis Colts, who are one of the best teams in the league right now. They’re playing like it, and this should be a free, stress-free pick in survivor.
4. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (at New Orleans Saints)
The Saints are terrible, and Tampa Bay is one of the top teams in the NFL. Tampa should take care of business here despite all the injuries that have been occurring for them.
5. Kansas City Chiefs (vs. Washington Commanders)
With Commanders QB Jayden Daniels out, and the Chiefs of old back with their latest strong performance, they can be trustworthy to take in survivor this week.
Whose The Best Pick To Make In Survivor This Week?
Gonna say it immediately, I love the Cincinnati Bengals this week in survivor, and if they’re available, take them. They have extra time to prepare for this game, and the Jets are absolutely terrible. Jets’ offense won’t do much with Garrett Wilson likely out this week. The Jets’ defense is going to be abysmal without Ahmad “Sauce” Gardner. The Bengals should take care of business here. There really is no other week picking the Bengals except maybe Week 18 against the Browns if Burrow returns.
It’s either the Bengals or the Falcons this week. Mainly because the Jets and Dolphins are absolute trainwrecks & both teams are probably looking for a new coach at the end of the season. Atlanta should take care of business this week and not choke, as they did against the Panthers in Week 2. I can’t use Indianapolis, as they were my pick in Week 6. The Chiefs and Buccaneers, it’s better to hold off on them as they still have future value in survivor. If you have the Bengals, like I said in the first sentence, in this section, take them.
