NFL Survivor Pick Week 3 2025 Recap

survivor pick

Week 3 of the NFL Season has almost concluded, and it was a chaotic time. Especially for Survivor Pool players, as a few games made teams sweat. Well, it has concluded, and it is now time to recap the recommendations I gave on the Top 5 options to pick for Week 3.

1. Buffalo Bills (vs. Miami Dolphins)

No surprise here, the Bills won by double-digit points. It was a close game, but the Miami Dolphins are in a mess. Hate to say it, but Tua Tagovailoa’s arm strength is shot. Dude has not been good this year and has made some ugly throws throughout the entire season. It doesn’t help that he has a horrific head coach and a Dolphins defense that has scrubs at the cornerback position.

At 0-3, it’s not a matter of if, but when Mike McDaniel and Chris Grier get their walking papers, because it’s not looking good in Miami. Buffalo was the safe pick, and they will likely remain so for most of the season.

2. Green Bay Packers (at Cleveland Browns)

Wow, this one is a stunner, and to be honest, this loss is unacceptable for the Packers. They had 10 days to prepare for this game, and that’s how they played. Unbelievable, Matt Lafleur did not have this team ready to play at all. One big takeaway, though, is that the Browns’ defense is sneakily underrated, and they proved that in this game. If you chose the Packers, well, you were unfortunately eliminated.

3. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (vs. New York Jets)

That game was a lot closer than it should have been. Look, Tampa Bay is the clear favorite to win the NFC South, but they have to stop with these stupid penalties. Also, why did Todd Bowles decide to stop blitzing in the fourth quarter? It was such a terrible coaching decision that it almost led to them losing the game, but luckily, the Jets have an awful secondary. Tampa got lucky here, and so did survivor pool players who picked them.

4. Seattle Seahawks (vs. New Orleans Saints)

Wow, remember when stating that the Saints suck? They just don’t suck; they proved that they are the worst team in the National Football League by a country mile. They made the Seahawks look like the Legion of Boom. The Seahawks finally looked impressive, beating down the Saints 44-13. As for the Saints, embrace the tank. This was my survivor pick, and it was a stress-free week.

5. Kansas City Chiefs (At New York Giants)

This was a must-win game for the Kansas City Chiefs, as they have not looked great in the first two weeks of the NFL season. Luckily, they faced the Giants, who just looked lost with Russell Wilson as the starter. This game was the wakeup call for the Chiefs, and they got the W here. As for the Giants, Jaxson Dart will start next week, so there is something to look forward to.

Final Thoughts: 4-1 This Week In Survivor

Well, there is good news and bad news for this week. The good news is that I advanced in my survivor pool for another week. Thank goodness I did not go with the Packers, as I debated them. The bad news is that my recommendation of the Packers resulted in my first bad recommendation of the year, and the undefeated streak is over. Oh well, but a very successful week for me in Survivor. Onwards to Week 4.
