Kansas City Chiefs

Kansas City’s once-dominant offense has yet to click this season. Through two games, they’ve scored just 37 points, with much of their rushing production coming from Mahomes rather than the backfield. Running back Isiah Pacheco has struggled to find space, while the offensive line, featuring young players like rookie left tackle Josh Simmons, is still finding its footing.

“Definitely new territory as far as being 0-2,” Mahomes said this week. “In my eyes, it looks like an opportunity. What an opportunity to prove who we are as the Kansas City Chiefs.”

New York Giants

The Giants’ offense has been a rollercoaster. Week 1 was a disaster, with just 231 total yards and no touchdowns against Washington. But in Week 2, they flipped the script, as quarterback Russell Wilson exploded for 450 passing yards against Dallas.

Still, consistency remains an issue. Wilson’s production plummets under pressure, making protection a key focus. Giants head coach Brian Daboll emphasized the importance of building on last week’s success. “We showed what we’re capable of against Dallas. Now it’s about proving we can do it consistently,” Daboll said.

Prediction

Who is the better 0-2 team? Seems like an easy pick, but the point spread makes it a little more challenging. We like the Chiefs to win by a touchdown.

Final Pick

Kansas City Chiefs  -5.5
