Top 5 NFL Survivor Picks Options For Week 2 (2025 Season)

Week 2 of the NFL season, and if you made it past Week 1, congratulations. 17 more games to go, and survivor players need to keep their cool. Week 1 is a crazy time, and fans don’t truly know about NFL teams until around the quarter of the NFL season. Players have to make the right choice, as one bad decision sends them out of the pool. Here are the Top 5 choices for Survivor Players to make.

1. Baltimore Ravens (vs. Cleveland Browns)

Baltimore is the obvious pick of the week. After how the Bills game ended, the Ravens are super angry and are going to bully the Cleveland Browns. This game on paper appears to be a mismatch, and the Ravens should take care of business.

2. Arizona Cardinals (vs. Carolina Panthers)

Arizona Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray (1) celebrates with offensive tackle Kelvin Beachum (68) after a score against the New York Jets.

The Cardinals are another intriguing pick to make because Carolina sucks. They looked like an UFL team against the Jacksonville Jaguars. Bryce Young went back to his old ways, too, focusing on the Jumbotron more than trying to come back against the Jags. If not this week or last week, then Week 5 will be the only other time you might use the Cardinals as they face the Titans. Speaking of which,…

3. Los Angeles Rams (AT Tennessee Titans)

Last week proved that the Titans have the worst head coach in the NFL by a country mile. Brian Callahan didn’t even know one of the most common catch rules in the NFL. This guy is way over his head coach. He actively costs games for the Titans, and it’s a mismatch in general, facing the Rams. Yes, the Titans are holding, but the Rams should take care of business here.

4. Dallas Cowboys (vs. New York Giants)

This one is a strategic pick because Dallas has little to no future value in survivor pools according to Survivor Grid. The only other logical week to pick them is maybe Week 6 against the Carolina Panthers. Plus, Dallas has extra time to prepare for this game as well, and it helps the Giants look lost in Week 1. Russell Wilson was awful as the QB, too. If he starts again, this could be a very good opportunity to not waste a top team and get rid of a team that has little future value left.

    5. San Francisco 49ers (AT New Orleans Saints)

The 49ers were originally going to be the best choice in Survivor this week. Especially as they face the terrible New Orleans Saints, who lost to the mediocre Cardinals. Rewatching the Saints on tape, they are one of the worst teams in the NFL. However, due to the injuries of Brock Purdy, Juan Jennings, and George Kittle, they slid to the 5th best. But there is still a solid choice to make in Survivor, even if they are not home.

Whose The Best Pick To Make In Survivor This Week?

Well, can’t use the Arizona Cardinals here as they were my Week 1 survivor pick. The Los Angeles Rams are a very intriguing pick, too, but they’re in Tennessee, and the Rams have plenty of other weeks to be used in the future, so they’re out. The 49ers are a very good choice because the Saints are horrendous, but because of the injuries, it’s better to stay away from them. This pick comes down to the Dallas Cowboys or Baltimore Ravens. Now, is it best to go risky or play it safe? Let’s pull a Jerry Jones and go “All In” with the Dallas Cowboys. Save Baltimore for later in the season and go with the Cowboys.
