This is another anticipated playoff rematch for the Eagles, as this is a rematch of the Snow Divisional Playoff game in Philadelphia last January. The Rams provided the toughest challenge during the Super Bowl run for the Eagles, but thanks to Jalen Carter, the Eagles were able to prevail in that game. I would argue the weather had an impact on that game in the passing aspect for Philadelphia. Anyway, this matchup is intriguing on all fronts for DFS this week. The Eagles’ offense needs a wake-up call, and the Rams could feast, especially if Adoree Jackson reverts back to the Cowboys’ play. So here’s my DFS picks for this week.
Lock of the Game

Saquon Barkley
Philadelphia Eagles
VS
Los Angeles Rams
(2-0)
$7,800 DraftKings, $8,900 FanDuel
Yes, Los Angeles is currently the best run defense in the league in terms of allowing fantasy numbers to running backs through the first two games, but this is Saquon Barkley we are talking about, who has owned the Rams in the last two matchups with over 200 rushing yards in both of the games in 2024 vs the Rams. Although I don’t think the Eagles running back is going to have those numbers this week, he’ll have his best numbers of the season this week against a Rams defense that can be susceptible against the run.
Start ‘Em
Devante Adams
Los Angeles Rams
AT
Philadelphia Eagles
(2-0)
$6,200 DraftKings, $7,100 FanDuel
This is the Adoree Jackson symptom. Adoree Jackson, until he proves otherwise, is a slight liability in this game coverage-wise, especially against the talents of Puka Nacua and Adams. Los Angeles, led by Sean McVay, is going to attack the Eagles’ veteran CB2 in this game and stay away from Quinyon Mitchell and Cooper DeJean as much as they can in this game. So I chose Adams as the play here because the budget is a little bit cheaper than Nacua, but both guys are going to have great numbers.
AJ Brown
Philadelphia Eagles
VS
Los Angeles Rams
(2-0)
$6,300 DraftKings, $7,000 FanDuel
This is a similar reason here why I think AJ Brown is finally going to go off this week. AJ Brown is most likely going to see some Emmanuel Forbes Jr. in this game, and the last few times he played Forbes, he has destroyed him on the field. I think Philadelphia is finally going to get this passing game unlocked in general, eventually, right? We’ll see if it finally clicks for this Philly pass offense and Brown this week.
Sit ‘Em

Kyren Williams
Los Angeles Rams
AT
Philadelphia Eagles
(2-0)
$6,400 DraftKings, $7,300 FanDuel
Williams is one of those players who is going to be a sit for me this week because the Eagles’ defense is still solid against the run, even though the defense has been a bit weaker than the last time these two teams met the last time. But Philadelphia has historically been a bad matchup for Williams. So sit him this week and then resume his normal usage afterwards in DFS.
Tyler Higbee
Los Angeles Rams
AT
Philadelphia Eagles
(2-0)
$2,900 DraftKings, $4,700 FanDuel
Philadelphia did give up some plays over the middle to Kelce at times last week, but I don’t see Higbee being able to take advantage of the middle with his lack of route running as of late due to his injuries. Higbee is still a good player, but he’s clearly not the same threat as he once was because of those knee injuries that he has suffered in his career to this point.
Fade of the Game
Rams Defense
AT
Philadelphia Eagles
(2-0)
$2,400 DraftKings, $3,900 FanDuel
This Eagles offense has heard the noise all week about its inability to generate yards through the air. I think this is the week they finally turn that around fully and use the pass game, along with a bigger Barkley game, to score points in this one. So fade the Rams’ defense this week, even though they have been playing really well thus far.
