Josh Hart is a jack of all trades and one of the best rebounders as a guard. This team has the high-end talent to compete and contend for an NBA title.

Defensively, this is a solid team. They are ranked 8th in points allowed per game, 19th in opponent FG%, 30th in opponent 3-point FG%, 29th in blocks per game, 16th in steals per game, and 23rd in rebounds per game. In terms of injuries, the Knicks will be without star forward OG Anunoby with a foot injury he suffered against the Los Angeles Lakers this past Saturday. He will be fine long-term, but depending on how long he is out, they might drop in the standings. Overall, even without OG, this is still a very serviceable team.

Toronto Raptors

The Raptors are a young, below-average team led by RJ Barrett, who will miss this game with a concussion. A big loss for a game in which he will be needed. Jakob Poeltl is a walking double-double but will have his hands full with KAT. Scottie Barnes is another fun young player who is coming into his own. Gradey Dick is a young sniper as well. This team is a few years away from having the pieces to be a problem in the East.

Defensively, they are a below-average team. Prediction

The New York Knicks are going to beat the brakes off the Raptors and cover the 5.5-point spread in this game. With Barrett being out in this game, that is the nail in the coffin for me. I don’t believe that Toronto can keep up with a team whose stars will play big minutes. Two of the three players who average the most minutes per game play for the Knicks. This is a team that lets their stars play big minutes, and they will feast in this game. KAT and Brunson will combine for 50+ points last they dominate a lowly Raptors team.
