Back at it with a Tuesday Edition of our MLB parlay picks. No parlay hit on Sunday, but another winning day, cashing on two of three selections. Those results bring our record to 54-40 ATS. Our followers know we target games, seeing respected money and, more precisely, reverse line movements. We have three additional selections on tap for you, along with some additional leans based on the initial line movement. Betting lines discussed are the consensus at Vegas Insider and are subject to change.
MLB Parlay Leg #1: Cleveland Guardians Team Total over 4.5 runs -130
In the leadoff spot of today’s MLB parlay will be the Cleveland Guardians‘ team total over 4.5 runs. A recurring theme as we continue to pick on the Colorado Rockies’ pitching staff. The Rockies are allowing six runs per game on the year and 8.5 in their last four. Cleveland is in a good spot here as they are the biggest favorite on the MLB betting slate and themselves are plating just under six runs per game in their last six at home. Cleveland Guardinas over 4.5 runs for play number one!
MLB Parlay Leg #2: Chicago White Sox ML +152
The second parlay leg is not for the faint of heart. We are taking the Chicago White Sox over the Philadelphia Phillies. First off, we spotted sharp money backing the Chicago. The White Sox are seeing only 19% of the money, and the books keep moving the number in Chicago’s direction. They opened up as a +208 underdog, and it’s already down to +152 at the FanDuel Sportsbook. Second, despite their poor SU record, Chicago is 7-3 SU in both their last 10 overall and as an underdog. We follow the reverse line movement and take the Chicago White Sox for play number two!
MLB Parlay Leg #3: Washington Nationals ML +116

In the final parlay leg, we have the Washington Nationals over the Houston Astros. We chose the Nationals over the Marlins for our last selection, primarily due to the larger reverse line movement. Washington is getting only 31% of the money and has dropped from a +157 underdog down to +116. The amount of sharp money was enough to sway us here.
In addition, the Nats are 6-4 SU in their last 10, and as an underdog. They have also won four of five and seven of 10 against the Astros. Another key point is that scheduled Cardinals starter Sonny Gray has a 15.56 ERA in his last two starts, having allowed 14 earned runs over 8.1 innings. Washington Nationals money line for play number three!

Final Thoughts
The beauty of our MLB parlays is that we can provide our followers with three individual plays. We will play these picks SU and then sprinkle some on the parlay. Remember, the hit rate on a three-team parlay is about 6-1, and parlays in general are just not a long-term profitable betting strategy. Hitting on the parlay is simply icing on the cake. We avoid public plays, which tend to be the betting favorites. Please follow us on X and Facebook as the MLB season continues toward the Fall Classic. Let’s keep the hot streak going and get you another three winners. And remember: Follow or Fade!
