Back-to-back winning days with our MLB Parlay picks. A 2-1 ATS outcome and narrowly missing a parlay hit as the Tigers walked off the Astros in the ninth. It’s back to work with a Wednesday edition of our parlay picks. Yesterday’s results raised our record to 72-53 ATS YTD. Loyal followers know we target games, seeing respected money and, more precisely, reverse line movements. We have three additional selections on tap for you, along with some additional leans based strictly on the initial line movement. Betting lines discussed are the consensus at Vegas Insider and are subject to change.
MLB Parlay Leg #1: New York Mets TT over 4.5 runs -136
In the lead-off spot for tonight’s MLB parlay will be the New York Mets team total over 4.5 runs. New York’s offense has been good to us, and we look for more of the same again this evening against the Washington Nationals. The Mets plated eight runs on them last night and are averaging 6.75 runs per game in their last four contests.
Probable Washington starter Brad Lord comes in pitching well, but has failed to get past the fifth inning in two of his last three starts at home. We will ride the Mets’ offense again, and the implied total on this game has risen a half run from 8.5 to 9, a good sign. New York Mets team total over 4.5 runs for play number one!
MLB Parlay Leg #2: Los Angeles Dodgers Alternate TT over 6.5 runs -166

The middle leg features the Los Angeles Dodgers alternate team total over 6.5 runs. Back to reality for the Colorado Rockies pitching staff last night as the Dodgers knocked them around for 11 runs in Game Two of this series. Followers know we regularly go after their pitching staff, and nothing different tonight. Rockies scheduled starter Tanner Gordon has an ERA approaching eight and has allowed 26 earned runs over his last 15.1 innings pitched.
The books put the L.A. team total at 7.5, so we will buy it back down to 6.5. This game at Coors Field also features the highest implied game total on the MLB slate tonight. Dodgers’ alternate team total over 6.5 runs for play number two!
MLB Parlay Leg #3: St. Louis Cardinals ML +102
Closing out the MLB parlay tonight is the St. Louis Cardinals over the Miami Marlins. We have a sharp play here as the respected money likes the Cardinals in this one. St. Louis is seeing 50% of the money bets and has dropped to almost even money after opening as a +132 underdog. They have won the first two games of this series and go for the sweep tonight. The Marlins are 1-4 SU on their last five games overall and 2-8 in the last 10. Despite it being difficult to sweep a team, we like the probabilities that the Cardinals can pull it off for us. St. Louis Cardinals money line for play number three!
Additional Leans: Braves TT over 4.5
Our MLB parlays are to provide our followers with three individual wagers. We will play these picks SU and then sprinkle some on the parlay. Remember, the hit rate on a three-team parlay is about 6-1, and parlays in general are just not a long-term profitable betting strategy. Hitting on the parlay is simply icing on the cake. We try to avoid public plays, which tend to be the betting favorites. Please follow us on X and Facebook as the MLB season continues toward the Fall Classic. Let’s keep our successful MLB season going and get you another three winners. And remember to: Follow or Fade!
