In the leadoff spot for today’s MLB Parlay will be the San Diego Padres over the Philadelphia Phillies. We spotted our first reverse line movement here, as the sharps are backing the Padres tonight. Despite seeing just 27% of the money bets, San Diego has dropped from an opening +176 underdog down to +136.
The Padres do not possess strong ATS data of late or against the Phillies; therefore, we are simply following the sharp money in this opening play. In addition, scheduled San Diego starter Nick Pivetta is 8-2 with a 3.26 ERA on the season and in his last eight starts has allowed two earned runs or less in five of them. MLB Parlay Leg #2: Washington Nationals ML +130
In the middle of the order of our MLB parlay is the Washington Nationals over the Detroit Tigers. Another reverse line movement here as the Nationals opened up as a +164 underdog and the line has since dropped to +130. Washington is seeing only 17% of the money, so there is some serious repeated money being placed on them. The Nationals are 4-1 in the last five and 6-4 in their last 10 games versus the Tigers. We are backing the sharps once again here, Washington Nationals moneyline for play number two.
MLB Parlay Leg #3: Los Angeles Dodgers Alternate TT over 4.5 -160
To close out tonight’s MLB parlay, we have the Los Angeles Dodgers‘ alternate team total over 4.5 runs. The Dodgers are the MLB betting slate’s biggest chalk. They are a massive -367 chalk over the White Sox tonight. Another staple play for us is the pay on the team total of a big favorite. The Dodgers average just under six runs per game on the year and 6.85 in the last seven games. Easy decision for us, Los Angeles Dodgers alternate team total for play number three!
