McCaffery, in the regular season, carried the ball 272 times with a total of 1,459 yards. As a running back in the 2023 NFL season, he was the best choice for you to have on your starting lineup. Blowing Raheem Mostert out of the water, poor Raheem didn’t have a chance at keeping up with a final PPR difference of 123 points by the end of the 2023 season. The truth is, as most of us know Jerry Jones is a wild card. A pot stirrer. A drama queen. Another man who just does it for the views, the attention. Good or bad, Jerry is there for it. The man loves to be in the mouths of the media and his players. Good Ol’ Jerry loves blowing something way out of proportion, as a narcissist and owner of the Cowboys, the 81-year-old man is still alive and creating chaos well.
But is he making good decisions to have a winning team for the 2024/25 season? We had to dive into the idea of Jerry Jones being a complete and utter “Drama Queen” most of the time to get to the point: He is buying time to move money and create headlines. He loves profits more than his players.

Christian McCaffrey, with several advantages walking into the 2024 season, is starting to look like a liability. Let’s look at the facts of his injury history.

- September 23, 2021: hamstring strain (out five games)

To put it in perspective, Draft Sharks state that CeeDee Lamb is a medium risk for injury, while Christian McCaffrey remains a high risk with a 63.6% chance of injury this season. We would all hate to admit the truth that, quite possibly, Mr. McCaffrey has already peaked. “No. No,” you say? Well, lets check back at how many times he has been on IR. Let’s check how many games he has missed. Let’s reflect on the amount of times he has missed opportunities to be on the field due to his body breaking down.
The choice once the data is collected is clear. Ceedee Lamb is the one you want on your Fantasy team. Does Jerry Jones playing chess with his players make the situation feel uneasy? Of course. But we want healthy players on our teams. We want sustainability. We need longevity in our players to make our Fantasy teams winners. No matter where CeeDee Lamb ends up this year, he will produce. On the other hand, McCaffrey is a liability for your team and for the San Francisco 49ers.

Don’t go crying home to mommy when he is out on week six with an ankle sprain.
