Jake Elliott probably had his worst regular season as the Philadelphia Eagles’ kicker in his entire career, but was still semi-productive in Fantasy. Elliott has normally been a pretty reliable option in fantasy throughout his career since 2017, but the now two-time Super Bowl Champion had a horrible 2024 season, until the playoffs, and even then was still shaky at times in those playoffs. It’s unknown what caused his misses from long range in 2024, but with that out of the way, I have a strong feeling that he will have a strong bounce-back season in 2025, especially coming off a Perfect Super Bowl in terms of making his kicks. Here’s a look at his 2025 Redraft Outlook.
Jake Elliott 2024 Production
Last season, Jake Elliot was 28/36 in field goals, 47/48 in extra points for a total of 133.0 fantasy points according to Fantasy Data. Elliott had his best fantasy season in 2023 with 149 fantasy points, so his 2024 production was considered to be a shock to people that thought he was going to have a bounce back season in fantasy as he was 1/7 from 50+ last season, when it seemed like he couldn’t miss from that range in 2023.
With that being Eagles fans, including myself, are looking forward to the Elliott bounce back in 2025 to the guy that doesn’t miss from long range, and the Super Bowl LIX performance was a great sign for that optimism. Let’s look at Elliott’s Fantasy Projections for 2025.
Jake Elliott 2025 Projections
Fantasy Pros has Elliott projected with 134.4 fantasy points with 29.5 FGM, 34.9 FGA, and 46.1 Extra Points. Meanwhile, ESPN has him as the 7th-ranked kicker in fantasy with the following projections: 28/33 FGs, 45/47 XP for a total projection of 140.84 fantasy points. I think that these projections for him are pretty good, as I don’t think he’ll be the best fantasy kicker in 2025, but a pretty good top-10 option with the potential to reach the top 5 if he has a strong performance in 2025, especially if he gets back the long-range kicks.
Final Thoughts
Jake Elliott is a top option in Fantasy in 2025 because the Eagles’ Offense is still going elite, thanks to the weapons that the Eagles have led by Jalen Hurts and Saquon Barkley. The Eagles’ kicker is going to have a bounce-back that will dominate the headlines because he has bounced back from subpar moments before. I project that he will finish in the top five this season in fantasy by the end of the year. Total Apex Fantasy and Bets has several Outlooks already and will have more throughout the offseason.
