Brian Thomas Jr. has been the best player on the Jacksonville Jaguars this season and is just a rookie. Unfortunately, the rest of the team has been awful through the first five games. He is seventh in receiving yards and fourth, in yards per reception this season. Thomas has been Trevor Lawrence’s most trustworthy receiver and will continue to be heavily targeted in London.
D.J. Moore, Wide Receiver, Chicago Bears (DraftKings: $6.7K, Fanduel: $6.7K)
D.J. Moore is having another productive season for the Chicago Bears and it’s about to get better. The Jaguars have allowed the most fantasy points to wide receivers and are allowing 287 passing yards per game this season. Moore is just outside the top 10 in receptions and receiving yards this season and Caleb Williams will look to target him often on Sunday.

Christian Kirk had an abysmal start to the season and has now been overtaken by Brian Thomas Jr. as the number-one wide receiver. Kirk has turned it around with a couple of decent performances adding some garbage time yards but he can’t be trusted. The Chicago Bears are allowing the seventh-fewest fantasy points to wide receivers so Kirk is an easy sit in this one.
Cole Kmet, Tight End, Chicago Bears (DraftKings: $4.6, Fanduel: $5.1K)
Coming into this season, Cole Kmet had high expectations after a solid season last year. Aside from an explosive performance in Week 3 against the Indianapolis Colts, he hasn’t met expectations this season. Part of the blame can go on rookie quarterback Caleb Williams struggling but until Kmet shows some consistency, he can’t be relied upon over other tight ends at a similar price.

Caleb Williams encountered a fair amount of pressure to succeed immediately for the Chicago Bears. He struggled in his first two games but has improved each week and seems to be putting it all together. Williams will go to London and face the worst passing defense in the league. He already has two 300-yard games this season and will look to have his third this week. He is surrounded by talent and will have his breakout game in Week 6.

Trevor Lawrence has had a season to forget in 2024. The Jaguars started 0-4 and pressure is mounting after he signed a massive extension in the offseason. The Bears’ defense has allowed only 174 passing yards and 17 points per game this season. They are also allowing the fewest fantasy points to quarterbacks this season. It will be a long day for Trevor Lawrence and he should be faded at all costs.
Conclusion
The Bears need a win to keep pace with the undefeated Vikings and one-loss Lions in the NFC North. If the Jaguars have any playoff aspirations, this is a must-win game or we may see some organizational changes. A solid stack option would be Brian Thomas Jr., D.J.
