The Miami Dolphins travel to Lumen Field on Sunday afternoon to take on the undefeated Seahawks. The Dolphins are in a very weird position with their star quarterback Tua Tagovailoa being sidelined due to his third career concussion. The Seattle Seahawks on the other hand are poised to have another good game playing behind their intense crowd.
Miami Dolphins vs. Seattle Seahawks DFS Start ‘Ems

Here are a few of the players that we are leaning on heavily in this game. These players are in a good spot to put together a solid performance and have a favorable matchup.
Zach Charbonnet ($6K DraftKings and $6.7K Fanduel)
Zach Charbonnet has seen rotational reps in the offense and is making the most of them. Charbonnet is averaging 15 fantasy points through the first two weeks and is getting a mix of air and ground action. Charbonnet ran the ball 22 times and caught 7 passes scoring through the air and on the ground. With Kenneth Walker out, look for Charbonnet to capitalize on the heavier workload.
Jaxon Smith-Njigba ($5.4K DraftKings and $6.1k Fanduel)
JSN is coming off one of the best performances in his NFL career. Last week, Smith-Njigba caught 12 passes for 117 yards, scoring 23.7 fantasy points. Miami’s defense has been lackluster the first two weeks allowing 48 points, and 31 points last week against the Bills. With Geno Smith coming off a great game in New England, JSN should see the ball coming his way and will hopefully find his first touchdown of the year.
Miami Dolphins vs. Seattle Seahawks DFS Sit ‘Ems
On the flip side of things, here are a few of the players we are sitting in this one.
Noah Fant ($3.5K DraftKings and $4.9K Fanduel)
Noah Fant has not had the start to the 2024-2025 season he would have liked. So far, Fant has only caught three passes for 25 yards in the first two weeks. This has to be demoralizing for the starting tight end when the team has scored 49 points thus far this season, and he is barely seeing any touches. With Smith-Njigba and Metcalf being the main targets for quarterback Geno Smith, this trend will probably not change, so sit Fant this week.
Total Apex Lock of the Game
De’Von Achane ($7K DraftKings and $7.7K Fanduel)
What can’t De’Von Achane do? Achane is averaging 26.25 fantasy points per game and is currently the RB2. If Achane isn’t running the ball he is catching it, and vice versa. Achane has 120 rushing yards and a touchdown as well as 145 receiving yards and a touchdown. Last week when Tua went down, we saw heavy usage and reliance on De’Von Achane which will not change this Sunday. With Raheem Mostert still questionable, it is inevitable that Achane will get a heavy workload.
Total Apex Fade of the Game
Skylar Thompson ($5.1K DraftKings and $6.6K Fanduel)
Poor, poor Dolphins fans. With the loss of Tua Tagovailoa, Skylar Thompson is once again being thrown into the spotlight. Last week against Buffalo, Thompson went 8/14 with 80 yards. Thompson has a career touchdown/interception ratio of 1/3, not much more needs to be said. Sit Skylar Thompson this week.
Conclusion
The Dolphins look to find their footing on offense, without giving Achane 35 attempts. The Seahawks on the other hand look to continue their balance of rushing and passing. With a new quarterback coming into one of the toughest stadiums in the NFL, the Seahawks should walk out the victors Sunday night. Look for Achane to have a big game, while the Dolphins’ offense is subpar.
