Boston Celtics vs Washington Wizards Obvious Starts
Derrick White -PG ($7,000 DK/ $7,600 FD)
Jrue Holiday will be back but may be limited with an elbow injury and Jason Tatum is questionable with an illness. Expect White to see increased touches and role. Especially if this game gets out of hand, White will likely remain on the floor longer than other starters. Additionally, he will get plenty of chances to score, particularly with the second unit. Yet, he knows how to impact through his rebounding and by contributing assists when starters are out there. Finally, the Wizards rank 29th against opposing guards.
Jordan Poole– PG/SG ($6,000 DK/$6,100 FD)
Jordan Poole is a walking shot-taker! Regardless if they are going in or not, he’s never afraid to pull the trigger. While the Celtics have a good perimeter defense, being without a fully healthy Holiday is too much to overlook. (Just ask Milwaukee.) Also, White will likely be focused on guarding Kyle Kuzma at first, but even if he isn’t, Pool should get plenty of opportunities today to put the ball through the hoop.

Al Horford – PF ($6,000 DK/ $6,100 FD)
Although an aging player, the former third-overall pick out of Florida is poised for a massive day today! He’s averaging 24.5 FPPG and will probably see a bump to that. Marvin Bagley III is out with a back injury. Even if he was in the line Horford would be able to get his own. However, without Bagley’s size and athleticism, this is a great addition to your lineup.
Kristaps Porzingis– PF/C ($7,900 DK/8,400 FD)
The Latvian player is coming off of back-to-back 26+ point games. He is currently averaging 36.7 FPPG. Additionally, just like the Hordford pick, without Bagley, it’s hard to see him not being able to have his way tonight. The Boston Celtics will run a lot of plays through him tonight.
Boston Celtics vs Washington Wizards Sit ‘Em
Kyle Kuzma– PF/C ($7,700 DK/$8,000 FD)
Kuzma can be a lights-out shooter. Unfortunately, that sometimes means the lights are fully turned on in his decision-making. Look for him to take wild shots, if they go in great, but not a likely recipe for a big scoring night. However, even without Holiday fully healthy in the lineup, the Boston Celtics as a whole are a disciplined unit and will be able to play good team defense against him. Before the Cavs game, he has a stat line of 13 points, 4 rebounds, and one assist against the Miami Heat. He’ll have a game closer to that one than anything else.

Deni Avdija– SF ($6,200 DK/$6,200 FD)
Even on an off night, Avdija secured 23.0 fantasy points. Through the season he is averaging 28.3 FPPG. With all of the uncertainties and known injury status of players, he is going to be huge tonight. Even if he isn’t the primary scorer tonight, his 6’9 length will have him near a double-double no matter what. He’s set for a big impact game against the Boston Celtics and a career-high lookout!
