Week 15 Panic Button: Injuries, Ego Checks, and the Dynasty Market

injury tight ends dynasty week 15

Welcome to the fantasy playoffs for Week 15. If you’re reading this, you’ve either survived the bye weeks, the bad beats, and your commissioner’s questionable trade vetoes, or you’re a dynasty manager already scouting for next year. If it’s the latter, grab a drink. If it’s the former, grab two.

The football gods, in their infinite cruelty, have decided Week 15 is the perfect time to absolutely decimate rosters. We aren’t just dealing with “questionable” tags; we are dealing with existential crises. But while redraft players are screaming into their pillows, savvy dynasty managers are looking at the bigger picture. We need to identify who is a flash in the pan and who is a long-term asset. This is your essential guide to the 2025 fantasy football dynasty risers and fallers, plus a look at the injury nightmare unfolding this weekend.

2025 Fantasy Football Dynasty Risers and Fallers

Harold Fannin Jr. (TE – CLE)

Status: DYNASTY RISER

It’s time to have a serious conversation about Harold Fannin Jr. While David Njoku’s knee injury opened the door, Fannin just kicked it off the hinges. Since Shedeur Sanders took over, Fannin has been a target magnet, racking up an 8-114-1 line recently. He’s looking like the safety blanket Sanders desperately needs. If Njoku walks in 2026, you’re looking at a legitimate top-5 dynasty TE asset. If you can buy him before your league mates realize he’s not just a flash in the pan, do it yesterday.

David Montgomery (RB – DET)

Status: DYNASTY FALLER

I hate to say it because the guy runs angry, but the writing is on the wall for Monty. His efficiency is dipping, and his contract is non-guaranteed in 2026. The Lions aren’t sentimental; they want cap space and youth. At almost 29 years old, Montgomery is entering that dreaded running back cliff phase. If you’re a contender, ride him into the sunset. If you aren’t winning it all this year, sell him for whatever scrap of draft capital you can get.

Blake Corum (RB – LAR)

Status: DYNASTY RISER

Remember when everyone panicked because Corum wasn’t playing early in the season? Good times. The Rams are finally unleashing him to keep Kyren Williams fresh, and the kid looks explosive. He’s averaging over 5 yards per carry and finding the end zone with the frequency of a veteran. He might still be the “1B” back for now, but in dynasty, he’s proving he has RB1 upside whenever he touches the rock.

Christian Watson (WR – GB)

Status: DYNASTY RISER

Finally. We are finally seeing the Christian Watson we were promised. Since returning from injury, he’s been Jordan Love’s favorite toy, dominating air yards and target share. He’s a big play waiting to happen, but now he’s getting the volume to smooth out the variance. If his hamstrings hold up (a massive “if,” I know), he’s a dynasty WR2 with WR1 ceiling weeks.

Shedeur Sanders (QB – CLE)

Status: DYNASTY RISER

Garbage time counts in fantasy, folks. Sanders put up a 39-point burger against Tennessee, largely because he was throwing a ton to catch up. But he showed poise, rushing upside down, and a connection with his playmakers. In Superflex leagues, his value just shot up. He might actually be the answer in Cleveland, which is a sentence I never thought I’d type.

Kyle Pitts (TE – ATL)

Status: DYNASTY RISER (AGAIN)

We are so back. With Drake London out, Pitts has been a monster, catching 11 balls for 168 yards and three scores recently. He’s essentially playing WR for Atlanta. It took years of pain, but the unicorn is finally doing unicorn things. Do not sell him now. Ride the wave.
