Top 5 NFL Survivor Picks Options For Week 9 (2025 Season)

Green Bay packers survivor

Welcome to Week 9 of the 2025 NFL Season. If you made it, congrats, only 9 more to go. Here are the Top 5 options/recommendations I have for you to pick in Survivor this week.

1 Green Bay Packers (vs. Carolina Panthers)

This one is the no-brainer pick of the week. Just look at the QB position for Carolina, they either have to start Bryce Young, who’s hurt, or Andy Dalton, who is completely cooked as a starting QB. It’s stunning he hasn’t retired yet because it’s clear his best days are done. Green Bay should take care of business here.

2. Los Angeles Rams (vs. New Orleans Saints)

The Saints are the worst team in the NFL, not named the New York Jets or Tennessee Titans. They have to face a Super Bowl contender in the Los Angeles Rams. Tyler Shough is starting this week, and it’s not a great start for a rookie. In the time Shough played last week, he looked worse than Spencer Rattler.

3 Los Angeles Chargers (at Tennessee Titans)

Yes, it’s scary using the Chargers as they are not the Home team. However, the Titans are a brutal football team. No head coach, no Jeffery Simmons, no Calvin Ridley, and tbh idk about Cam Ward as a franchise QB. He has looked horrendous this year, and while I’m not giving up on him, he’s been abysmal. Chargers are healthy, too, and should win this game.

4. Detroit Lions (vs. Minnesota Vikings)

The Vikings’ biggest mistake this offseason was letting Daniel Jones go. JJ McCarthy is still an unknown at QB (he was terrible for 7 of the 8 quarters he played), and now Carson Wentz is out for the year. If JJ McCarthy can’t get it together, then the Vikings are in deep trouble. To make it worse, their backup is Max Brosmer, an undrafted rookie. This week, they face a division rival in the Lions, and all signs point to a Vikings loss.

5. Chicago Bears (at Cincinnati Bengals)

I always leave the 5th option for a sleeper pick to make for this week in survivor. Fun fact, this 5th option was originally going to be the Cowboys, but since Jacoby Brissett is starting for Arizona, I decided against it. I’m going with the Chicago Bears at this spot. Especially as the Bengals are an absolute mess right now on defense, and who knows who’s gonna start at QB for them. Joe Flacco is hurt, and Jake Browning stinks. The Bears are a very inconsistent team, but they need this one if they want to make the playoffs.

Whose The Best Pick To Make In Survivor This Week?

Well, I can’t use the Chicago Bears as they were my pick in Week 7. The Green Bay Packers were my Week 4 pick, and the Los Angeles Rams were my Week 5 pick. This comes down to the Detroit Lions or the Los Angeles Chargers. I hate division matchups, and the Titans are terrible. I am taking the Chargers this week in survivor.
