With the Cardinals’ recent struggles, Goldschmidt could have a hard time tonight. This season for Paul Goldschmidt, has been a nightmare and it could continue for tonight. Fantasy players should avoid Goldschmidt until he has a hot streak.

Adames while having a solid season, has been cold for the Brewers. Even with his power, Adames could have a multi-strikeout game again. Fantasy players should avoid the Brewers slugger until he becomes hot again.

The last player to have in your fantasy pool lineup bench is Kyle Schwarber. In the loss against the Dodgers, Schwarber went 1-3 with a run and two strikeouts. The Phillies have been struggling after the All-Star break and could have another weak game.
Schwarber could have another multi-strikeout game for fantasy pools. Fantasy players should avoid the Phillies slugger until he and the team improve in August.
